A Man with a Mission
In 2023, Jimmy Campagna (aka, JimmyC) started on his. mission to fulfill a lifelong dream: sharing the unparalleled pizzelles crafted from his grandmother’s recipe originating in the Abruzzi region of Sicily. His visits to grandma’s kitchen were defined by the tantalizing aroma of her pizzelles cooking one-by-one on the gas stove, a taste so divine that they were devoured as fast as she could make them.
That same recipe, the one developed and refined in Sicily, is the cornerstone of Jimmy C’s pizzelles. Driven by an unwavering passion, he found himself creating over 100 trays during that holiday season for friends and family. The overwhelming appreciation for his small-batch, handmade pizzelles, inspired Jimmy C to share them with the world, continuing a tradition that blends the essence of Sicilian heritage with the joy of the holidays.

not only at Christmas but for many holidays and happy occasions. And, Jimmy C can be found selling his freshly made pizzelles at community events, craft fairs, festivals and outdoor concert, bringing the flavor of his Grandmother’s pizzelles to the East Bay area.
